btjee Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the btjee platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the btjee platform, creating an account, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the btjee platform. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To create an account and use the btjee platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("For ages 21+ only").
• You must act in your own name and for your own benefit — managing an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must provide complete and accurate personal information.
• You have not previously been suspended or banned by btjee.

When creating an account on btjee, you confirm the following:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one btjee account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. Members of the same household may create separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may require verification.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and in your own name. Providing false information will result in account closure and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

3.3 Verification

btjee reserves the right to verify your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this verification process.

You are fully responsible for the security of your btjee account. Follow the steps below to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong and unique password that you have not used on any other site.
• Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact btjee support immediately.
• Selling, transferring, or leasing your account is strictly prohibited.

btjee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, unless that loss is caused by our own negligence.

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on btjee is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• No commission is charged on deposits, however your payment provider may apply charges.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during a verification process.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on btjee will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Bonuses are only usable on designated games — the specific games are listed on the promotions page.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected (bonus arbitrage or attempts to exploit the system), the bonus will be cancelled.
• btjee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Program

btjee's VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% weekly cashback at Diamond.

The following general rules apply when playing games on the btjee platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in detail on that game's page.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded or the game will be restarted.
• Prizes displayed incorrectly due to a software or display error are not valid — prizes will be determined according to the actual game log.
• The server log of the software company providing game results will be considered final.

For sports betting, btjee reserves the right to set market limits and cancel any bet if that market is suspected of being influenced by fraudulent or irregular activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btjee platform:

• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Any attempt to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Using a false identity or impersonating another person.

btjee believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. That is why we provide responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.

• Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, etc.) is protected under their respective licenses.

btjee will bear no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem with your device.
• If your account credentials fall into the hands of an unauthorised person as a result of your own negligence.
• If a transaction is affected by limitations or delays of a third-party payment method.
• If the service is disrupted due to an unforeseen technical failure or force majeure.

btjee may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.

Users will generally be notified by email before an account is suspended; however, in urgent situations an account may be closed without notice.

btjee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For any significant changes:

• The updated terms and conditions will be published on btjee.lat.
• A notice of the changes may be sent to the registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after a change has been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, stop using the service and request account closure.
